Goa is ready to welcome the domestic tourists.
Goa has been open for domestic tourists from 3rd
July in the coronavirus pandemic. Goa Tourism Minister Manohar Asgaonkar gave
information and said that over 250 hotels will resume operation in the state.
The government has decided to allow domestic travelers
to enter Goa from 2nd July onwards provided a certain norm. The Goa government
has issued guidelines and regulations in three stages before traveling during
travel and on arrival.
Below are the guidelines for tourists traveling to
Goa
1 pre-booking hotel is mandatory.
2 Only the hotel with the highest safety and
hygiene standards have allowed it to open.
3 fill up a self-declaration form which will be
available at a pre-booked hotel.
4 quarantine upon arrival is not required (carry a
COVID-19 negative certification from last 48 hours or get tested in Goa at your own Cost )
During
Guests can enter by road Dodamarg, Patradevi, Keri, Mollem, Pollem Via air Dabolim National Airport Vasco, and Train Madgaon, Thivim, Vasco da Gama.
And on arrival
1 at every respective entry point tourist upon
arrival you will undergo basic screening through a thermal gun
2 get a mandatory document check.
3 Travelers swap samples will be collected
at the State entry point, those with COVID-19 certificate can skip the next two
steps.
4 check-in at your accommodation and stay in
isolation for 2 weeks until the results come.
5 your result will come in one or two days if
negative you can stay in Goa however if positive institution quarantine will be
required.
Meanwhile, Goa on Thursday reported higher singles
bike of 95 COVID-19 cases pushing tally to 1482.
