Goa's COVID-19 tally crosses 1000 mark

With the detection of 44 new cases, Goa's count of COVID-19 crosses 1000 mark, now the total number of cases reached 1039 out of which 667 are active cases and 370 patients have been recovered.


CM has said the Goa had entered the stage of community transmission with the detection of cases in various parts of the state.


Most of the cases are registered in the month of June, at the starting of the month we were like 100 cases. 2 people have succumbed to the disease.
